The Cloud 7 Alaska coat is the perfect item to keep your dog comfortable and warm on those chilly walks during the colder months. Due its down padding and water repellent material, The Alaska coat is perfect for those pets with little hair, arthiritis or even those who need additional protection in Winter.
Fitted with elastic cord, velcro fastenings and back zips for easy access to harnesses and collars, this coat is suitable for any adventure.
Materials: Outer fabric: 100% recycled polyester with polyurethane membrane Inner lining: 100% polyester Filling: 100% recycled polyester
Care instructions:
Washing: Close all zips and hook-and-loop fastenings before washing; only half-fill the washing machine; add tennis balls to the machine to prevent the padding from clumping. Delicate or wool cycle at max. 30°C. Use a down or delicate detergent.
Drying: Dry the coat lying flat. Shake vigorously several times to prevent the padding from clumping

When should I expect my order to arrive?
Our team packs every order as soon as possible after it comes in so most orders should be on their way to you by the next day. The only day we are closed is Mondays. We ship all orders with a 1 to 2 business days service.
I'm not sure about sizing. What should I do?
Our team is happy to advise you on sizing to ensure a great fit when you receive your order. Have your dog's measurements to hand and just give us a call or drop us an email.
How do I exchange products from my order?
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us by phone or by email. We will be able to hold the requested item until we receive your return. As soon as your return is with us, we will post the exchange to you.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns so you will therefore need to cover costs of returning any items to us yourself. Please return any items unused, in their original packaging and with their labels still attached.
Where do you ship my order from?
We ship every order from our boutique in Wimbledon Village, London.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We don't currently deliver outside the UK but plan to in the future.
