High quality dog leather collar from Nubuck leather in braided look with genuine brass hardware detailing. The soft and velvety handcrafted dog collar has robust characteristics that will soften and develop its own unique patina with time. Ravello is lightweight in design and is great for both small dogs and medium-sized dogs. Its simple yet timeless design brings a hint of elegance to a simple dog collar. Made in Italy.
Please note that due to the minimal chemical processing of Cloud7 leather, color may stain in rare cases.

Care: Brush off slight soiling. Wash out stronger stains with water and some soap, allow to dry and roughen lightly with a special nubuck brush. Do not expose the dyed nubuck leather to excessive moisture in order to avoid any discoloration.

When should I expect my order to arrive?
Our team packs every order as soon as possible after it comes in so most orders should be on their way to you by the next day. The only day we are closed is Mondays. We ship all orders with a 1 to 2 business days service.
I'm not sure about sizing. What should I do?
Our team is happy to advise you on sizing to ensure a great fit when you receive your order. Have your dog's measurements to hand and just give us a call or drop us an email.
How do I exchange products from my order?
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us by phone or by email. We will be able to hold the requested item until we receive your return. As soon as your return is with us, we will post the exchange to you.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns so you will therefore need to cover costs of returning any items to us yourself. Please return any items unused, in their original packaging and with their labels still attached.
Where do you ship my order from?
We ship every order from our boutique in Wimbledon Village, London.
