The cover is removable and washable in the machine on a 30degree cycle.
We sell spare covers so why not indulge your pooch with a change of colour when one cover is in the wash!

Please note that we do not recommend purchasing this bed for puppies or dogs that will chew or scratch heavily as this might ruin the looping of the fabric.

If the vacuum seal has not been opened and you are able to fit the bed back into the cardboard box then we will happily accept returns or exchanges. Please request a return within 14 days of having received your order by e-mailing us at customercare@georgesdogboutique.com.
If the vacuum seal has been opened then unfortunately we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons but also due to the fact that the bed can not be re-packaged once expanded and therefore cannot be sent back.
Please make sure to carefully check measurements before purchasing a bed to avoid disappointment.
Your bed will come vacuumed packed. Please allow 24 hours for it to fully inflate.

F.A.Q.
When should I expect my order to arrive?
Our team packs every order as soon as possible after it comes in so most orders should be on their way to you by the next day. The only day we are closed is Mondays. We ship all orders with a 1 to 2 business days service.
I'm not sure about sizing. What should I do?
Our team is happy to advise you on sizing to ensure a great fit when you receive your order. Have your dog's measurements to hand and just give us a call or drop us an email.
How do I exchange products from my order?
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us by phone or by email. We will be able to hold the requested item until we receive your return. As soon as your return is with us, we will post the exchange to you.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns so you will therefore need to cover costs of returning any items to us yourself. Please return any items unused, in their original packaging and with their labels still attached.
Where do you ship my order from?
We ship every order from our boutique in Wimbledon Village, London.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We don't currently deliver outside the UK but plan to in the future.
