The Surfer Hooman features a removable hat and knotted “hairball” compartments where treats can be hidden to create an engaging scent challenge. Simply fill the sections with small rewards, replace the hat and allow your dog to sniff, nudge and discover.
Regular enrichment play can help build confidence, encourage focus and provide a calming outlet for mental energy.
Crafted from cotton and polyester with soft polyfill, and finished with a squeaker and crinkle paper for added sensory interest.

When should I expect my order to arrive?
Our team packs every order as soon as possible after it comes in so most orders should be on their way to you by the next day. The only day we are closed is Mondays. We ship all orders with a 1 to 2 business days service.
I'm not sure about sizing. What should I do?
Our team is happy to advise you on sizing to ensure a great fit when you receive your order. Have your dog's measurements to hand and just give us a call or drop us an email.
How do I exchange products from my order?
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us by phone or by email. We will be able to hold the requested item until we receive your return. As soon as your return is with us, we will post the exchange to you.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns so you will therefore need to cover costs of returning any items to us yourself. Please return any items unused, in their original packaging and with their labels still attached.
Where do you ship my order from?
We ship every order from our boutique in Wimbledon Village, London.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We don't currently deliver outside the UK but plan to in the future.
